Health Habit Beta Bootcamp
Better habits are the bridge to better health and wellbeing. This exclusive bootcamp offers an accelerated, guided start on the health habits that matter to you.
Programme details
The Health Habit Beta Bootcamp is an intense, structured start on health habit behaviour change. Over four weeks, meeting twice a week with a small group, you work through a proven approach — clarify what you actually want, let go of what is in the way, learn about best practices, and test and implement the habit most relevant for your health and wellbeing.
Led by Eileen Patterson, an expert in behaviour change, you will be building your own personalized Health Habits Action Plan, testing and implementing small sustainable changes in real conditions, alongside a group of people also committed to making health habit changes.

For Your If
The Bootcamp is for you if …
You want to learn the best ways to start health habits that last.
You mostly know what you should be doing, and you just can’t seem to make it hold.
You have started before — more than once — and you are tired of starting over.
You want a structured place to begin, a proven path for long-term success.
You would rather test one small practice properly than overhaul everything at once.
You want to work on this alongside other people, rather than on your own.
The Bootcamp includes …
A Vital Health Habits Self-Assessment, showing your strengths and gaps across all five areas
A Health Habit Action Plan you build session by session and keep as your guide for your priority health habits now and in the near future
A progress tracker you can use that aligns to your preferred approach
Information and support check-ins between sessions
Practical resources and tools you can adapt to your own life
Access to all eight session recordings
The Health Habit Beta Bootcamp is an evidence-based behaviour change program focused on lifestyle and habit formation. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns before or during the program, as appropriate.
About Eileen
The Health Habit Bootcamp is facilitated by Eileen Patterson — the healthcare leader who brought the first chronic disease self-management programme to Canada, and who spent three decades leading health improvement work across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
Eileen built Foster Health because she has seen, from inside health systems in three countries, exactly why people struggle to change. She has also been through her own reckoning with it. She knows it is not about trying harder. She keeps the group small so everyone gets real attention, not just a seat in a room.
"Working with Eileen changed how I think about my own health. She doesn't give you a plan — she gives you a way of thinking that you keep using long after your sessions are done."

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Foster Health wants people to be able to try this approach before deciding whether a longer programme is right for them. The Bootcamp is a complete, useful start on its own. If you want to keep going afterwards, there are options — but there is no obligation, and nothing is held back.
-
Same approach, shorter runway. The Bootcamp meets twice a week for four weeks; the Breakthrough meets once a week for eight, which gives each habit more time to settle before the next one is introduced. If you want a fast, structured start, begin here. If you want longer support while habits become routine, the Breakthrough is built for that.
-
No. The Bootcamp is a starting point and assumes no prior knowledge.
-
Recordings are shared with the group. The sessions build on each other, so attending live is worth protecting where you can — but missing one does not put you out of step.
-
None that you do not already own. Participants use whatever works for them — an Apple Watch, an Oura Ring, a notebook, or pen and paper. The programme teaches you to use what you have more intentionally.
-
Yes. Many participants are managing one. The Bootcamp focuses on behaviour change — the habits and tools that support whatever your medical team is already doing. It is not a clinical programme and does not replace your medical care.
-
Yes. Sessions are delivered virtually and open to participants anywhere.
-
You leave with a completed Action Plan that is yours to keep using. If you want continued structure and support, the 8-Week Breakthrough goes deeper over a longer period, and one-to-one coaching with Eileen is available for people who want fully personalised support.
Four weeks from now, you could have already started.
Small changes for health and longevity. One step at a time, with people doing the same.
