Meet the Founder

Foster Health is led by Eileen Patterson — the healthcare leader who brought the first peer leader training for chronic disease self-management programs to Canada. After decades of improving health systems internationally, she turned her expertise to making it genuinely easier for people to build and sustain the health habits that matter — well before illness takes hold; to better manage current risks and issues.
