Over three days, you get clarity on your goals, discover what's actually been holding you back, and leave with a personal plan of action designed for your life. The workshop runs for 2 hours for each of 3 consecutive days; each participant receives the Foster Health Guide and practical resources.

Most programmes give you information. This one gives you something more useful — a clear, personal understanding of why change has been difficult for you specifically, and a practical framework for making it stick.

Over three consecutive days you will work in a deliberately small group of twelve people, guided by Eileen Patterson through the evidence-based approach to behaviour change that underpins everything Foster Health does.

You will leave with more than motivation. You will leave with a plan built around your real life, tools you will use long after the three days are done, and the kind of clarity that comes from finally understanding what has actually been getting in your way.

This is a working session, not a motivational event. Practical, structured, and grounded in what decades of research consistently shows about lasting behaviour change.

What Happens in Three Days

Day two [EILEEN TO CONFIRM — suggested framework: Designing a personal habit plan built around your real life. Goal-setting and self-monitoring tools that make the difference between a plan that lasts and one that collapses by week three.]

Day three [EILEEN TO CONFIRM — suggested framework: Embedding the plan. Building your accountability structure. What to do when things don't go as expected.]

About Eileen

The Foster Health 3-Day Kickstart is facilitated by Eileen Patterson — the healthcare leader who brought the first chronic disease self-management programme to Canada and spent three decades leading health improvement initiatives across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Eileen built this workshop because she has seen, from the inside of health systems, exactly why people struggle to change. And she has been through her own reckoning with it personally. She knows it is not about trying harder. She knows what actually helps. And she brings that into every session.

This is not a webinar. Eileen works with a maximum of twelve people at a time so every participant gets real attention — not just a seat in a room.

  • A stable internet connection, Zoom installed on your device, a notebook, and a quiet space for three hours each day. That is it.

  • Yes. All three sessions are recorded and shared with participants via a private Slack group immediately after each day. You will have access to the recordings for [EILEEN TO CONFIRM — duration].

  • The recording will be available in the Slack group. However this workshop is designed as a consecutive three-day experience and the value compounds across the days — attending live is strongly recommended.

  • Yes. Many participants will be managing a chronic condition. The workshop focuses on behaviour change — the habits, tools, and mindset that support whatever your medical team is already doing. It is not a clinical programme and does not replace your medical care.

  • Yes. The workshop is delivered virtually and open to participants anywhere.
