About Eileen
The Busy People Webinar is facilitated by Eileen Patterson — the healthcare leader who brought the first chronic disease self-management programme to Canada and spent three decades leading health improvement initiatives across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
Eileen built this workshop because she has seen, from the inside of health systems, exactly why people struggle to change, and how to support change successfully. And she has been through her own health wake-up calls. She knows it is not about trying harder. And she knows what actually helps. Eileen brings that into every session.
This is not a webinar. Eileen works with small groups, so every participant gets real attention — not just a seat in a room.
"Working with Eileen changed how I think about my own health. She doesn't give you a plan — she gives you a way of thinking that you keep using long after your sessions are done."
