Our Vitamin C Crystals are in pure, non-buffered ascorbic acid with no flavour or additives.  It is pharmaceutical grade and of the highest quality available.  It can easily be dissolved in water, juice or added to a smoothie.  Vitamin C is a very important part of your nutrient protocol. 

Suggested Usage:  Adults take 2 servings per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, mixed with 8-10 ounces of water or other liquid.  1 scoop (approximately 1 gram) contains 1,000 mg of Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid).
